Learn or improve skills in speaking, reading and writing English. The class focuses on conversational skills and workplace English. Classes are taught by Skagit Valley College language instructors. There is a free children's enrichment program providing childcare so parents can focus on learning while children enjoy the library. No one is turned away for inability to pay the $25.00 per college quarter fee.
